Learn to RunTM with Lynn McFadden
| The program is broken down into 2 levels: - Basics of Pose Method of Running - Learn what Pose Method is, study the theory and practice the basic drills to grasp the technique
- Advanced Pose Method Drills, Technique and Conditioning - Take your Pose knowledge to a new level with more challenging drills as well as up-hill and down-hill running and injury prevention. Refine your skill, do conditioning sets, and work on developing better strength, speed, and endurance while maintaining good form. A heart rate monitor is encouraged for this clinic. Each mini-clinic is 4 hours and includes video analysis to reinforce skills as well as practice. Space is limited to 10 athletes to ensure personal attention. Register early! |
