| Attending a mini Pose Running Clinic is the next best thing to working with a personal coach. Below is the description of the course and the dates available. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
The program is broken down into 2 levels:
- Basics of Pose Method of Running - Learn what Pose Method is and some basic drills to help you learn to execute it
- Intermediate/Advanced Pose Method Drills and Conditioning - Take your Pose knowledge to a
new level with slightly more challenging drills as well as up-hill and
down-hill running and injury prevention. Learn more about developing better strength, speed, and endurance while maintaining good form. A heart rate monitor is encouraged for this clinic.
