| mini Pose Clinics were created to accomodate those looking to take shorter group training courses than our Standard Running Clinics. Below is the description of the course and the dates available. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
The program is broken down into 3 levels:
- Basics of Pose Method� of Running - Learn what Pose Method� is and some basic drills to help you learn to execute it. - Intermediate Pose Method� Drills & Technique - Take your Pose knowledge to a new level with slightly more challenging drills as well as up-hill and down-hill running and injury prevention. - Advanced Pose Method� Drills and Conditioning - Learn more advanced drills, conditioning sets, and a program to develop better strength, speed, and endurance while maintaining good form. A heart rate monitor is encouraged for this clinic.
Each level is a separate mini clinic. These clinics are hosted and conducted by Pose Method� Certified Coaches. Each mini-clinic is 4 hours. Space is limited to ensure personal attention. Register early! |
