The first level of Triathlon Certification in the Pose Method Certification Program, Triathlon Techniques Specialist Course offers the foundation necessary for successful triathlon training. Focusing on technique, the course contains information needed for instruction on proper technique in all three sports - swimming, cycling and running.

Coaches are required to take this course in order to proceed to Level 2 - TRIATHLON TRAINING SPECIALIST COURSE
