| mini Pose Clinics were created to accomodate those looking to take shorter group training courses than our 2-day Standard Running Clinics. Below is the description of the course and the dates available. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
The program is broken down into 2 levels:
- Basics of Pose Method® of Running - Learn what Pose Method® is, study the theory and practice the basic drills to grasp the technique
- Advanced Pose Method® Drills, Technique and Conditioning - Take your Pose knowledge to a new level with more challenging
drills as well as up-hill and down-hill running and injury prevention. Refine your skill, do conditioning sets, and work on developing better strength, speed, and endurance while maintaining good form. A heart rate monitor is encouraged for this clinic.
