At first, I was skeptical. How could a single book teach a technique that would help someone run faster and injury-free? How you can you teach someone to run? Dr. Romanov has written a book that has done all that.

There's a certain art to running. Without the POSE method, you are like banging random notes on the piano. With the POSE method, you are able to play beautiful concerto with your running shoes and the ground.
